Radio Archive of Our Appearance on “Coping With Caregiving”

Many thanks to those of you who listened to our appearance on “Coping with Caregiving” last week.  We had a great discussion with Jacqueline Marcell, author of “Elder Rage“, on topics including transitioning to assisted living, lessons learned from other families, common myths of assisted living and a new project I am working on.

The archive of the show is now available for those of you who missed it.  We are the third segment of four.

We had a great time! Hope you enjoy it.

My family really enjoyed the radio program. It was very informative and you can see your passion in helping families make good choices during the transition from home to assisted living. We appreciate your advocacy. It really does take people like you to make sure that our seniors are in a safe enviornment filled with life enrichment programs and that families receive good information to make the perfect choice for their family members.

I caught the archived radio show while I was on the road. It was very well done. Your hands-on knowledge of assisted living came across strongly. If no one has mentioned it; you have a particular “voice” for a radio audience. You would do well to seek other radio engagements to spread the word. You and Jacqueline worked very well together. Would she consider a follow-up show to discuss other aspects of “Inside Assisted Living”? I wish you continued ‘Good Luck’ with your efforts to help others.

Excellent interview, Ryan. You shared some important information along with your personal story, and I, too, would like to hear more from you.

    Happy Thanksgiving!
