Having a mentor or someone older and wiser take an interest in a young person who may have lost their way can make all the difference in the outcome of that persons life. The peacemaker corps is a worthwhile endeavor and is a powerful resource in curbing the violence that faces at-risk youth. Sheldon Krechman is certainly an inspiration to us all.
