Ryan,

The Colorado PACE is represented by Total Long Term Care. When you have a moment call Brenda Geist the development officer, and definitely refer anyone needing assistance with elderly care from the PACE model to Total Long Term Care. Their model and motivation (especially from a non-profit viewpoint) is outstanding. As a financial advisor to the elder market I was blown away by their work ethic and commitment to patient care.

Hi Linda,

There is actually a PACE center in Los Angeles and four others in California. The National PACE Association has a PACE Center Locator which is located here.

This is a model that makes sense on many levels, especially related to cost and maintaining quality-of-life for seniors. To my knowledge it is not available in California. Do you have information as to which states have implemented this program and what you forsee for the future?
