We have installed the Lifeline sytems in ALF's, private residents, as well as location such as fitness clubs when they are not site monitered. I never thought of using Lifeline w/in an ALF the way you described. Thanks for the info. As for the other devices, 5-15 minutes does not seem like a lot of time to get help, but 5 minutes could mean a life--I would want to know that if my loved one falls and can't get up, someone is on their way to help from the moment it happens!
