		<description>Thank you so much for sharing this with us!  I am so interested in learning more about this.  This was so interesting.  I agree that mostly we tend to focus on physical needs and forget about emotional/mental wellness.  I thought it was interesting how he pointed out that many people&#039;s worst fear is alzheimer&#039;s...which clearly proves that we need to continue focusing on mental acuity, brain fitness, social wellness.
