What is the Affiliate Promoter’s Program?
The decision to evaluate assisted living is a local and personal choice. Seniors are introduced to assisted living through friends, family, doctors, clergy and local senior centers. The only way to ensure seniors have access to benefits of The By Families, For Families Guide to Assisted Living is to work locally with advocates that know their community.
The Affiliate Promoter’s Program financially rewards those individuals, websites and non-profit organizations who help spread the word by promoting The By Families, For Families Guide to Assisted Living book. You know your community and/or your website visitors far better than I ever could.
The program consists of two commission opportunities:
- Tier-1 Commission. Tier-1 commission is paid on any purchase made when someone clicks on or types in your link and purchases a book. Tier-1 commission is based on the purchase price and is paid on all net sales (sales less returns). 25% is paid on all paperback products and 50% is paid on all e-book products.
- Tier-2 Commission. You qualify for another level of commission by referring other individuals, websites or non-profits. This is called Tier-2 commission. Tier-2 commission is paid on any purchase made through an Affiliate Promoter you referred. You “refer” them when they register for the program after click on or typing in your link from the flyer. Tier-2 commission is 10% of the purchase price and is paid on all net sales (sales less returns) by Affiliate Promoters that you have referred. For example, you may be active in local charities and want to offer them a chance to make 25% or 50% Tier-1 commission in the form of a donation. They promote the book to their constituents and receive their 25% or 50% Tier-1 commission on all net sales. Because you have referred them to the program, you also get 10% of any sales they make. Referring additional Affiliate Promoters is a great way to extend your reach and generate income from groups you would not have otherwise reached.
There is no limit to the amount of Tier-1 or Tier-2 commission that can be earned during any period.
Where Do You Introduce the Book?
From an online perspective, the book and website make the perfect addition to blogs, newsletters, directories and review sites that focus on elder care, senior living, Baby Boomers, financial planning, retirement planning or healthcare. Websites that offer medical equipment and Medicare insurance plans or resources also make for a good fit.
From an offline perspective, medical offices, hospitals (case managers and discharge planners), assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities and senior centers are outlets that would find our products useful. Colleges and universities that offer geriatric studies programs would find the book useful as part of their curriculum.
